Welcome to Xanadu @ Chintsa East

Our Mediterranean-style duplex chalets are each fully equipped for up to 6 people (incl. TV, towels and bedding). They feature their own private patio, braai facilities, open-plan dining room, lounge (with two sleeper couches), kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, main bedroom with double bed, and two single beds in an upstairs bedroom. The chalets are serviced Monday to Friday with the exclusion of public holidays.

Our Location

We are situated at the Chintsa East beach, right at the on-ramp to the beach. The magnificent 7km stretch of beach and secure lagoon invite you to walk, swim, surf or simply enjoy the sun. Bring your own equipment and go boogie boarding or kite surfing in summer.

Our activities

The well-known fishing grounds off Kei River Mouth are only minutes away. Other sports activities in the area include horse riding, hiking and bird watching, fly fishing, extreme wave jumping, kiteboarding and microlite flights. We will be happy to help you with bookings and directions at the Xanadu reception. Visit Olivewood Golf Course (10 km), the private Game Reserve Inkwenkwezi (10km), enjoy the food at Wild Vines restaurant (1km). Other facilities at Chintsa East include a restaurant, Emerald Vale Brewery (6km), cafe and bar, a general store and a petrol station.
